During that time, led a team of 25, created marketing tools, reviewed Revenue Management practices, developed a CRM strategy, reviewed pricing and room type configurations, proposed a new incentive plan, set revenue goals, improved programming and messaging, as well as impacted teaming by improving communication and daily interactions.
