One&Only Palmilla

Recruited as the first VP for the Americas region for Kerzner International, encompassing the U.S., Canada, and Brazil, with property oversight for One&Only Palmilla and One&Only Ocean Club (now The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort). Overhauled One&Only Palmilla, Los Cabos’ on-resort sales organization; reinvigorated resort team; and instilled accountability for corporate goal attainment. Generated $3M in 3 months by creating multi-channel campaigns (e.g., digital, direct sales, social media, and grassroots marketing) boosting sales during Ocean Club and Palmilla’s low seasons. Strategies were so successful, they were adopted as a best-practice globally.
