Appointed by the COO, Roland Fasal, and the Global Head of Sales, Brona Kelly to serve as the Interim Director of Sales and Marketing as the property recruited and hired a permanent leader. Maybourne purchased the property during COVID, and as such it had not stabilized or generating the return expected. During my 12-month tenure, developed an entirely new on-property structure that included systems, procedures, improved staffing levels that included the hiring of 10. In addition, led the selection process and onboarding for PR, social and digital agencies, set revenue goals, developed an uncapped incentive plan, and drove the overall sales and marketing cultural transformation. As a result, the property gained 11 points in occupancy and $7m in rooms revenue.
