Brought in to serve as company’s first VP in charge of sales, marketing, and revenue management. Role was dual in that there was oversite of the 5 properties located in North America; Boston, Chicago, Pasadena, Toronto, and NYC, in addition to leading the North American based regional team of 8 who were focused on increasing outbound sales to 24+ hotels with an emphasis on London’s Iconic Langham, London, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. Generated $25M+ in annual revenue, exceeding goals by double-digits YOY. Created regional marketing campaigns, and introduced a North American property sales incentive plan that was adopted globally.
