Recruited as the first VP for the Americas region encompassing the U.S., Canada, and Brazil. Challenged to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to generate outbound revenues to 10 luxury One&Only resorts, The Atlantis Dubai, The Atlantis Sanya, and Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort.  Kerzner’s collection of resorts spanned across Mexico, Africa, Australia, Asia, China, The Caribbean, the UAE, and Morocco. Managed a team of 3; oversaw consumer and trade activations; and built global partnerships with AMEX FHR and Virtuoso travel networks.  Increased outbound revenues 20% YOY.  Served on team coordinating pre-opening activities for new properties worldwide, including One&Only resorts in Rwanda, Malaysia, Montenegro and Riviera Nayarit, Mexico.
