Acting Director of Sales & Marketing/Consultant

Following a multi-million dollar renovation of the landmark Carbide & Carbon building served in two roles over a 120 day period; acting Director of Sales & Marketing and Consultant. Tasked by ownership with repositioning and rebranding the asset which included a separation from a management company. Deliverables included creation of a new website, defining the brand essence, selection of a digital agency, creation of collateral, and recommendation of staffing/structure. Fair market share was achieved a short eight weeks following my arrival.
